René Drozdziel is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) with a range of experience specializing in relational and individual therapy with children, teens, adults, and couples. She is passionate about building strong connections and repairing damaged relationships. She offer a non-judgmental and empathetic environment that advocates growth and healing. She believes a therapeutic environment should be authentic, emotionally safe. She is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Grounded in attachment science and trauma-informed care, her work blends practical tools with deep emotional processing so couples can move from stuck patterns to trust, closeness, and lasting change and helps people heal the impact of trauma, anxiety, and painful memories.
Michael Roohr is an associate licensed marriage and family therapist. He believes his role as a therapist is to create an environment of acceptance, safety, and honesty where clients can build new perspective and developing the tools to create long lasting change. He works with individuals of all ages as well as couples and families. He has experience helping clients with depression, academic difficulties, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, mood disorders, self-harming behaviors, and adjusting to life changing events. Also, he has experience helping families with autism improve their quality of life.
Lauren Hoponick, LPCA, is a Professional Counselor Associate who is passionate about supporting individuals of all ages through life’s challenges. She specializes in anxiety, depression, grief and OCD, and draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and client-centered therapy to offer practical tools and compassionate, personalized care.
